Joseph did a phenomenal job! He was very professional, prompt, efficient, and polite. My AC needed a tune up and my old thermostat needed to be replaced with the Nest thermostat. Joseph wore shoe covers and consistently asked for permission to have access to the AC systems. He even took photos of my AC to explain what he did and what needed to be maintained. AirCare Saver always answers the call and very easy to schedule an appointment! Flexible and understanding! They are very pleasant to work with. I am just glad I found them and so close to my home! So its been about a year and this hvac company is exceptional. Ralph does a great job. Explains everything with pictures and gives competitive price for great service. That service being changing duct work and replacing new ac system all in a very tight schedule. He's very approachable and friendly in person too. His crew is also pretty friendly. The phone operator is also a good communicator. Joseph also does a great job and very informative. He did a routine check of the system top to bottom. He checked the vents in the attic and made sure the system was working properly. but he could improve on his overly serious expression and asking things too personal or unrelated to the job. I hope they keep the business and the good quality going. There are a lot of licensed hvac businesses but not too many are as thorough as this group. Also alot of the other hvac people have shady botted reviews or 1 review accounts.

Just had my entire system switched out and they did a fantastic job. They were very efficient when it came to removing the old system and installing the new one. Everything was done on a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

I originally called Air CareSaver back on the 6th of July when our air conditioning unit stopped blowing cool air. Within only a couple of hours, they had sent someone to our home to fix the issue! Edwin was very polite and informative, and explained in detail what he was doing and what needed to be replaced in order to get our air conditioner running again. He did the repairs, but he also revealed a few troubling things about our particular unit, which had been improperly installed (among some other issues, such as being too small of a unit to properly cool our two-story house, and a compressor unit that, while currently functional, was showing audible and visible signs of being on its last days) by another party a few years prior. So, after some further consultation the following day with Ralph, we decided to go forward with a full new unit installation. They even deducted the cost of our initial repair service from the total cost of the new unit, which was very generous! Our new installation was done yesterday on July 24th . The install team arrived at 8am and were finished by 4pm. The new unit is much more efficient than our previous install, as it finally has the capacity to keep our second floor properly conditioned. And, to top it all off, it's quiet! I mentioned in my previous paragraph that the compressor was making audio cues pointing to its waning lifespan. Well, our old outdoor unit used to make this loud whirring noise that we just accepted as normal for years. Very silly, in hindsight. The house is as comfortable as it has ever been. Very pleased with my experience with Air CareSaver! I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, affordable service.
